A few simple guidelines so every guest — and our neighbors — can Relax in Jax.
Our primary goal is to make sure you feel you can Relax in Jax. Once you go over these simple house rules, it’s time to RELAX JAX!

1. Enjoy your time here
When you find r e l a x j a x, you’ll always know how to find your happy place.
2. No parties or gatherings
Out of respect for our neighbors, events and unauthorized parties are not permitted. Unless your host gives prior approval, only guests listed on your reservation may be on the premises. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and additional fees.
3. Quiet hours
Please observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of courtesy for our full-time resident neighbors.
4. Smoking outdoors only
No smoking inside the home, laundry room or carport. Smoking is permitted only in open-air areas of the backyard or patio, never under a roof or covered structure.
5. Pets
Up to 2 dogs (max 35 lbs each) with a $90 fee per pet. Pets must be added to your reservation before check-in and may not be left unattended unless crated. Unregistered pets incur a $400 fee. Please clean up after your pet.
6. Trash
Bag all trash and place it in the large bin by the carport. A spare bag is at the bottom of the kitchen trash can. Staying Sunday night? Roll the bin to the curb between 5:00 PM Sunday and 6:00 AM Monday.
7. Security & access codes
Keep entry codes and property details confidential and share them only with registered members of your party. If a code is ever shared or compromised, let us know right away.
8. Primary guest responsibility
As the primary guest, you’re responsible for making sure everyone in your party follows these guidelines, and for any damage during your stay.
Check-Out Checklist
- ✓Load and start the dishwasher
- ✓Gather used towels
- ✓Take out the trash
- ✓Lock the doors and return the keys
- ✓Enter your check-out code (sent with your arrival instructions) so our housekeeper is notified
Need a late check-out? Message us at least 24 hours before departure. We always try to accommodate, but prior approval is required to avoid extra fees.
Important Information
- iBooking requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25, and a government-issued ID is required for all reservations. No third-party bookings — the person booking must be the primary guest and stay for the entire reservation.
- iLocal guests: Guests living within 30 miles must message us before booking and share the purpose of their stay.
- iChildren & infants: Welcome! A Pack ’n Play crib is in the primary bedroom closet — please bring your own crib linens.
- iOutdoor spaces: The deck, patio and fire pit may not be suitable for unsupervised young children.
- iParking: Free parking is available, plus street parking. Parking space is limited.
- iSecurity cameras: Security cameras are present on the property.
- iAccessibility: Single-level home; not wheelchair accessible.
- iSafety: Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and deadbolt lock are provided.
- iPayments: 50% is due at booking; the balance is collected automatically 30 days before arrival.
- iCancellation (direct bookings): Full refund if cancelled at least 21 days before arrival; no refunds within 21 days of arrival. Free cancellation within 2 hours of booking when arrival is at least 72 hours away.
