The home sleeps up to 7 guests: a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms, and a couch in the living room.

Yes. The primary renter must be at least 25, and a government-issued ID is required for every reservation. The person booking must be the primary guest and stay for the entire reservation.

Our minimum stay is 1 night, though some dates may require more. Check the Availability page or start a booking to see the requirements for your dates.

50% is due when you book. The remaining balance is collected automatically 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made on this website: full refund if you cancel at least 21 days before arrival; no refunds within 21 days of arrival. You can also cancel free of charge within 2 hours of booking if your arrival is at least 72 hours away. Bookings made through Airbnb or Vrbo follow the policy shown on that platform.

Guests who live within 30 miles must message us before booking and share the purpose of their stay.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Check-in is self-service with a smart lock. Your entry code and arrival instructions are sent before your stay. Please share the code only with registered members of your party.

Message us at least 24 hours before departure. We always try to accommodate late check-outs, but prior approval is required to avoid extra fees.

Load and start the dishwasher, gather used towels, take out the trash, lock the doors, return the keys and enter your check-out code. See our House Rules for details.

Luggage drop-off is allowed. Message us ahead of time so we can coordinate with housekeeping.

Yes, free parking is available, plus street parking. Space is limited, so let us know if you plan to bring more than one vehicle.

Yes. The home has Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, wine glasses, coffee, and basic spices and pantry items.

Yes. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, and an iron and board are all provided. There is also a washer and dryer.

Yes! Children and infants are welcome. We provide a Pack ’n Play crib (bring your own crib linens), children’s dinnerware, books and toys, board games, and room-darkening shades. The yard is fully fenced, but the deck, patio and fire pit should be supervised.

Yes. The fenced backyard has a fire pit, outdoor grill, and outdoor dining and seating. Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is single-level, but it is not wheelchair accessible.

Yes. Up to 2 dogs (maximum 35 lbs each) are welcome with a $90 fee per pet. Pets must be added to your reservation before check-in and may not be left unattended unless crated. Unregistered pets incur a $400 fee.

Not inside the home, laundry room or carport. Smoking is permitted only outdoors in open-air areas of the backyard or patio.

No. Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed, and only guests on the reservation may be on the property.
